SHIPPING + DELIVERY
  • Some items ship free. FREE shipping will be noted on the product page.
  • We only ship to the continental United States via this site. International shipping requests are processed via our Etsy shop where you may determine the shipping rates to your country for each item. Please visit us at by clicking this link.
  • We believe in no frills shipping to make sure you get the most value from your purchase. So as much as we love fancy boxes and pretty paper, we will not give you more to waste.
  • Most items ship within 3 business days of order placement.
  • After placing an order, you will receive an order receipt via email. We will begin to process your order and prepare it for shipment. After we ship your order, you will receive an email with information to track your package.
  • Diamond Vale's preferred carrier for small items is USPS and UPS or FedEx will be selected for fragile and larger items.
  • We strive to provide an excellent customer experience, however mail couriers on occasion experience lost/stolen/damaged packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the couriers, and would not be able to reimburse you in the event that your package gets lost or stolen if the signature requirement was waived. We recommend that you contact the courier directly as they are best positioned to remediate the issue.
  • If your package tracking shows as delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS, UPS or FedEx Customer Service to initiate a claim.
  • If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please contact us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.​
  • International shipping is offered through our store on the Etsy platform. Please visit us at this link where all our gorgeous items and more are available.

    RETURNS + REFUNDS
    • If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return the new, unused item, accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt, in its original packaging, for a full refund within 14 calendar days of delivery (as evidenced by USPS, UPS or FedEx delivery receipt).
      • All sales are final on clearance items and custom orders. Clearance items and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
      • There is a restocking fee of 10% on all returns.
      • As we try to keep our prices accessible, we're unable to cover return shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
      • Please email us at contactus@shopdiamondvale.com to receive authorization and a return address. Please include the unused item, with tags where applicable and the original packing slip in your package. Please carefully secure and pack your items in the original packaging and deliver to your carrier. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for item returns. Please make sure to secure tracking information for your return.
      • Once your return is received in our warehouse, you will get an email notification. After receipt of a return, please allow up to 14 days for a credit to be processed to your original form of payment.
      • Diamond Vale reserves the right to decline requests for returns or refunds of items that are not in as new-condition due to customer damage or misuse. We also reserve the right to decline requests for returns or refunds not made within 10 calendar days of delivery (as evidenced by USPS, UPS or FedEx delivery receipt).
