Shipping is determined by an item's weight, size and postal distance from MD. Some items ship for free. FREE shipping will be noted on the product page.

We believe in no frills shipping to make sure you get the most value from your purchase. So as much as we love fancy boxes and pretty paper we will not give you any more to waste.

Most items ship within 3 business days of order placement.

After placing an order, you will receive an order receipt via email. We will begin to process your order and prepare it for shipment. After we ship your order you will receive an email with information to track your package.

Diamond Vale's preferred carrier for small items is USPS and UPS will be selected for fragile and larger items.

Once a package leaves our premises and we email tracking information, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package tracking shows as delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS or UPS Customer Service to initiate a claim.

If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please contact us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.
